Materials & Specs

Supported Materials & Engineering Applications

We strictly print with high-tier PLA and PETG formulations to guarantee repeatable mechanical properties.

PLA

Polylactic Acid · $0.04 / g

  • High visual fidelity
  • Sharp detail
  • Rigid
  • Low thermal shrinkage

Best applications. Form-and-fit testing, early-stage visual prototypes, architectural models, and non-functional conceptual designs.

PETG

Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol · $0.05 / g

  • High impact resistance
  • Chemical / UV stability
  • Excellent layer adhesion
  • Slight flexibility

Best applications. Functional mechanical prototypes, end-use manufacturing components, brackets, enclosures, and outdoor-rated parts.

How it works

File in. Parts out.

  1. 01

    Upload geometry

Send .STEP, .STL, or .3MF. We slice on the same Bambu stack that will run the job.

  2. 02

    Instant estimate

The calculator prices material, machine time, and lead time. We verify the file before invoicing.

  3. 03

    Farm production

    Queued across P1S, P2S, and A1 Mini cells with a dedicated 1,500 g/day throughput.

  4. 04

    Pack & dispatch

Support cleanup, QC, and ground or overnight courier. Free standard shipping over $75.

Design & File Guidelines

Preferred Formats

  • .STEP / .STP — Highly recommended for exact manufacturing geometry.
  • .STL — Tessellated meshes accepted for visual and standard production parts.
  • .3MF — Preferred when color, assemblies, or packed plates are already defined.
  • .ZIP — Bundle multiple bodies or revision sets in one upload.

Design Constraints

  • Maintain a minimum wall thickness of 1.2 mm for structural components.
  • Overhangs exceeding 45° should account for standard support material removal.
  • Enclosed volumes (P1S / P2S) are used for PETG and dimensionally critical PLA.
  • Call out infill, orientation, or load paths in the quote notes — we will not guess functional requirements.

Request a Quote

Price the run, then send the file. The calculator uses our Bambu Lab farm rates — final invoicing still requires geometry review.
